CLARKE REVIEW

The report of the Clarke Committee Review is now available, on line.

http://www.veteransreview.gov.au

The report was very disappointing and not really favourable towards the T.P.I. case. See current State Journal for further details.

ANZAC CLUB

http://anzacclub.tripod.com

(Rockhampton Services and Citizens Anzac Club Incorporated) is the correct name, at 8 Archer St. This is where the Anzac Day march starts from and this is where diggers go to celebrate on that great day. This Club needs your support THROUGHOUT THE YEAR not just on Anzac day. Some people donít go to the Anzac Club because they have some beef with the R.S.L., or with some person associated with the R.S.L. What they donít realise is that the Anzac Club has nothing to do with the R.S.L.

The Anzac Club is an Incorporated body in itís own right, operating totally separate to the R.S.L. or any Sub Branch.

Imagine Anzac Day in Rocky without the Anzac Club.(What a tragedy)

The Club has  CHEAP DRINKS, MEALS, POKIES, ENTERTAINMENT. SNOOKER POOL. But it needs members and visitors regularly attending and spending to keep it financially viable. COME ON DIGGERS LETS MAKE SURE THE CLUB SURVIVES.
